Description:
Opposite Lock is a well-made rally simulator, although not entirely flawless, it is quite enjoyable.
The game features three game modes - practice, tournament and time trial.
Before you get into the race, you choose the racer. Each has an icon and a car with special stats, some are faster, some are better controlable and so on.
Thus, the Practice mode is very good for checking the abilities of these racers - you just pick the track (any of the unlocked ones) and go.
Although, the same may be done in Time Trial mode - you ride alone, record yourself and try to beat it in future.
The Tournament mode, actually, is the game itself. You have seven opponents and there are three laps to beat them. Uneasy task, I must mention, even at the lowest difficulty level... During the race you should try to collect rabbits (yeah, sounds quite geek, but still) to gain bonuses in the next race if you win this one.

A few words about pro's and contra's...
Opposite Lock features great and detailed graphics, well-made animations as well as nice avatars and cars. The music theme is very enjoyable and controls are easy.
On the other hand the animation speed makes you think that the car speed is approximately 40km/h. I'm also missing sound effects during the game.

In conclusion Opposite Lock is worth trying - if the developer plans to make a sequel, they should pay more attention on the level of difficulty and on the feeling of speed.
