This app is great for anyone who enjoys freshwater fishing!
In this app you can search for nearby tackle shops and marinas, then navigate to them via Google navigation, view state regulations, search through images of common fish in the US and read information such as habitat, general fishing techniques, the world record and more. This app also includes links to state records for all states (except Hawaii) if you think you may have just hauled in one for the record books.
*NOTE* There is a paid version of this app in the market that does not contain any ads if you enjoy this app or want to show your support. Thank you!
*NOTE* A saltwater edition is also available.
**NOTE** Most regulations and some state record pages will download in PDF format and save to your SD card. They are not web pages. Check your top status bar for progress, or your SD card for later access.
**NOTE** Pressing the menu key on any screen in the app will bring up the option to search for the nearest tackle shop or marina. Having your GPS enabled will give the best results.
