Existing users may need to remove old client first: Existing users, you need to first remove the previous client versions. You would lose your old chat messages and stream posts, but the app will synchronize all your conversation groups and subscribed / created streams so that any new activity will not impacted. We apologize for the inconvenience but it’s going to be worth it! To remove the client:
1. Go to main Menu --> Apps and locate the Communities app
2. Select Options --> Remove
