Every opportunity in the CRM has a revenue target, a progress indicator of the negotiation and the probability bar.
You can have a summary of the potential revenue both of each single customer contact and total.
The CRM program is organized in 3 Tabs.
CRM Opportunity works as a "to do list":
Press the option key to insert a new opportunity in the CRM.
Select the customer from the list of contacts.
On the top of the opportunity screen you'll see the contact's photo, name and company.
If your contact is a facebook contact you need to connect the facebook contact to a standard contact before start to create the opportunity.
The skype contact works.
Set the name and the description of the CRM opportunity.
There are 4 information dates: create date, modify date, close date and due date.
Status of the crm opportunity: open or close.
Potential revenue.
Progress status.
Long click on the crm opportunity organizer list item to open the context menu.
Open, close, delete and edit opportunity.

CRM Summary:
In the summary folder it is possible to view a summary of the opportunities you can find in the CRM grouped by contacts. Use this as contacts manager to have direct access to your business customer. So you can call and see all the information concerning the contact.

The total revenue of all opportunity.
Use CRM Actisoft to organize your appointments's calendar.
Sales force automation SFA.
With the new activity section of the crm you can store your activity in your calendar.
Use configuration to select the calendar.
Use Buy features to buy new special function.
