This application is designed to allow users to keep track of scores and video from gymnastic competitions. This application is not the only score keeper application on the Market. It is however the only free one!
The main application has options for adding, editing, and deleting a gymnast or meet from the database. Once the gymnasts are added, users can create meets and select the gymnasts that are competing in each meet. From the Scores activity, users can keep track of scores for each gymnast for each event.
The Gymnast activity allows users to enter a target All Around score that they would like to achieve. During the competition, once scores are updated, the Scores activity will display what score each gymnast needs on the remaining events to reach their target.
After a meet is completed, users can view statistics for a selected gymnast. The statistics displayed are the "Best" scores from all meets, the "Average" scores and the Standard Deviation. The Standard Deviation can be thought of as a measure of consistency. The lower the number the more consistent a gymnast is for that event.
